Lohan spends less than a day in jail
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Lindsay Lohan was freed from a suburban Los Angeles jail late Friday night, well short of the nearly month-long stay a judge had intended for the actress following a failed drug test.

Lindsay Lohan’s third act in jail figures to be a short one. Late Friday, the actress’ attorney won a ruling clearing her release from jail if she posts $300,000 bail, roughly nine hours after another judge ordered the troubled starlet jailed for nearly a month.
